In lines with the second session of the EU-China High Level Cultural exchange dialogue mechanism, a cultural forum themed “The role played by the culture and the cultural festival to the development of the city and the region” is held at the National Art Museum of China on Sept. 6, 2014. Sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Education and Cultural Session of European Commission and the National Art Museum of China, six distinguished guest from both sides speak their minds and answer the questions by the audience. More than 50 officials from the Ministry of Culture, European Commission, embassies in China of EU countries and the cultural organizations from China and EU.
