Liu Bojun holds an artistic exhibition

Sponsored by the Publicity Department of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, an artistic exhibition is currently on display at the National Art Museum of China.

Born in Sichun province in 1921, Liu Bojun is a freehand bird-and-flower artist skilled in drawing with fingers. He was graduated from Hangzhou National Artistic School in 1947, where he learnt from a number of professors, including Pan Tianshou, Lin Kemian and Li Keran. 

The exhibition comprises more than 50 artworks created by his fingers in recent years. Handicapped in the right arm, Liu Bojun practiced drawing with the left hand and disabled right hand. The exhibits cover a wide range of categories, including the character, the scenery and various flowers. 

The exhibition opens at Hall 19, 20 and 21 since Oct. 26 until Nov.9.
