Organized by the Beijing Federationof Literary and Art Circles, this exhibition is the eighth of the large art creation project of the "Beijing Image" series.
The activities in theory practice of this project embrace four aspects of the subject matter of Yanqing scenery, history and culture, cultural landscape and typical character. More than two hundred painter of successful artistic achievement and teachers and students of art colleges and universitiesgo to Yanqing to sketch and experience charming natural humanities landscape in field, customs and real life of Yanqing District. After careful evaluation, 90 works were selected to be exhibited. The selected works are divided into two major categories of oil painting and Chinese painting.They fully present the landscape and history of Yanqing District and the form of art is also diversified.
