Even for traditional shoushan stone art themes such as figure, flowers and birds, landscape, animal, he also adds his own ideas and emotions to them, which is also his consciously exploration on how to transform from a craftsman to an artist.

Works are a kind of Q & A between artists and the nature. The over 150 pieces of shoushan stone sculpture works of this exhibition are mind speaking of Chen Lizhong after he goes deep into life during more than 30 years of shoushan stone art creation. The exhibits include Ode to Sound of Spring, Hear the Rain Dropping on the Autumn Lotus, the Landscape Here is Beyond Compare and Children of the Earth, which have great times significance and are regarded as representatives of his innovation of the theme in recent years.
