32 years ago, 16 teenagers full of vigour and vitality entered the highest college of China paintings—the Central Academy of Fine Arts to advance their studies as the first postgraduates after the Cultural Revolution.

Time flies. Now, they have graduated for 30 years. As the deepening the China’s reforming and opening up, they are now embracing their beautiful later life. So, the older classmates are gathering up to hold an exhibition to commemorate their happy old days.

For over 30 years, they have been worked hard conscientiously and diligently whether at teaching or creating, whether at home or abroad. They all have made great achievements with a great number of students or creations. They have become a leader group in Chinese figure painting realm. Here is a list of their names (in order of age): Chu Daxiong, Zhu Zhengeng, Lou Jiaben, Li Shaowen, Yang Lizhou, Wang Yingchun, Xie Zhigao, Li Yansheng, Weng Rulan, Hu Bo, Han Guozhen, Liu Dawei, Yang Gang, Nie Ou, Hua Qimin, and Shi Guoliang.
