As the largest artistic exhibition in Hunan province, the exhibition is composed of five sections, including “contemporary image” with different paintings and sculptures, “traditional Chinese realistic brushwork painting”, “watercolor painting”, “oil painting” and “wash painting”. With 290 pieces of works by more than 200 artists, the exhibition intends to showcase remarkable achievements and active spirits since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy 30 years ago.

With splendid art of the ancient kingdoms of Chu and Han, Hunan province has contributed to the development of the history. Nowadays, the local artists has devoted themselves with noble mind and full enthusiasm to realizing the overall revival of Chinese cultural art.
