1962年12月生，浙江杭州人。1984年大学毕业，先后就职于企业、经济管理部门、党务部门。2003年任浙江省博物馆副馆长，现任浙江省美术馆［筹］常务副馆长、浙江省美术馆筹建办公室主任、浙江省美术藏品征集管理委员会办公室副主任，研究馆员。中国书法家协会会员、西泠印社社员、浙江省书法家协会副秘书长。

Was born in December, 1962 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. He gained his bachelor degree in 1984. He used to work in the management department of enterprises and party affairs office. He was assigned to be the deputy director of Zhejiang Provincial Museum in 2003. Now he is the administrative deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Art Museum (under preparation); director of the Preparation Office of Zhejiang Art Museum; deputy-director of office of Zhejiang Art Works Collection and Management Committee. He is the member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, the member of Xiling Seal Society and assistant secretary-general of Zhejiang Provincial Calligraphers Association.
