1949年2月生。现任陕西省美术博物馆馆长，副研究馆员，《美术博物馆》杂志主编，陕西省书法家协会副主席，陕西省文史研究馆研究员，西安理工大学客座教授，陕西省体育文化艺术协会副主席，陕西书画艺术研究院艺术顾问，陕西省文化艺术品司法鉴定中心专家鉴定委员会委员。先后发表有关博物馆学方面的论文 《美术博物馆的文化特征与功能定》、《美术博物馆的功能建设》、《陕西省美术馆功能定位》、《美术博物馆建设和发展过程中若干问题的思考》、《二十世纪陕西美术国家收藏的基本思路》等。

Now he is the director and vice researcher of Shaanxi Province Art Museum, chief editor of the magazine named Art Museum , vice president of Calligraphers Association in Shaanxi Province, researcher of Literature and History Institution in Shaanxi Province, visiting professor in Xi'an University of Technology, vice president of Physical Culture and Art Association, artistic advisor of Calligraphy and Painting Art Institution, and commissioner of Expert Appraising Committee in Shaanxi Judicial Appraising Center for Cultural Artworks. He has successively published academic papers on museology, including Cultural Characteristics and Functional Position of Art Museum, Functional Construction of Art Museum, Functional Position of Shaanxi Provincial Art Museum, On the Problems in the Construction and Development of Art Museum, and Basic Thoughts over the National Collections in Shaanxi in the 20th Century, etc.
