"Stereotypy Shock Worker" displayed one facet of the life of stereotypy worker in Yan'an. It clearly shows that the emerging woodcutting movement was getting Chinese characteristics from theme, content and, form. It reserves the black and white contrast in western engraving works, and at the same time shows the reserved Chinese style with sharp knife cutting skills. It fully expresses the simple and harmony of people's life in Yan’an.
