An ink-painting exhibition entitled in “Gengyin inks · Original and Future” is currently on display at Hall 5 until March. 10. The exhibition comprises a number of original works by almost 20 contemporary ink artists featuring exquisite skills, wise creation and new visual forms.

The participants include Feng Yuan, Liu Dawei, Zhang Daoxing, Tian Liming, Ma Shulin, Sun Zhijun, Yuan Wu, Liu Jin’an, Liu Jian, Liu Guang, Li Yang, He Shuifa, Kong Qi and Wang Jiafang. They intend to elaborate the poetic relation of the human being with the nature, the culture and the reality as well as the diversity of the relation based different forms and styles. The masterpieces mostly feature the close relation with the spirit of the great times and the world artistic trends and also the efforts in personal creation and development in the artistic nature and rules as well as in exploring substance of the ink art. the artists intend to highlight the principle of the contemporary Chinese paintings under the context of the modern art as a whole and present the artistic achievements in terms of depth, height and extent.
